I have always leaned toward the ole' school of thought not to tell people how to live their lifestyle. To modify and improve nutritional habits, open up channels of elimination, increase water (distilled) intake, cut out sugar, milk (now 'untrue' milk) and a list of other foods not good for our bodies. Not until I read this article did the light bulb come on. I realize just how much (because I use Kinesiology) that microwave food plays an even more important role in the detriment of our health. So much so, that I plan to add a microwave question to my client form that is filled out prior to a consultation. I have been working with a man for almost 3 months now, progress has been slow and go….now I know why!
