This page will be helpful for people that have already been diagnosed with an ailment or are in over all good health and would like to maintain it. With detailed explanations of the causes and out come if left to progress. Complete protocols will also be posted here. Please check back, as I will upload this page as it is completed. This will be an ongoing process, as it will take some time for all the research to be completed. I will also have the common prescriptions given, and the nutrients they take out of the body. Then of course I have to type all of this up, so you guys can benefit from the information. So please, keep checking back.

Let's start with a Total Health Protocol which begins with what goes on your plate. I always suggest:



  1. Limit intake of caffeine, carbonated beverages, untrue dairy, refined foods (anything boxed, frozen and God forbid Canned!) and sugar.
  2. Drink proper amounts of Distilled water. (The general rule of daily consumption is ½ of your body weight in ounces of water, not to exceed 100 ozs. a day)
  3. Diet high in 'raw' fresh fruits, vegetables, whole grains, nuts and legumes from non chemically produced sources is traditionally the healthiest diet for overall wellness.
  4. A juicer is a good investment, since most of us can't eat enough fresh 'raw', LIVE and healthy foods. Juicing them is an excellent source.

  6. Last but not least, adding EFA's in the form of Flaxseeds.
It is almost impossible to control what we eat all the time, so being good is very hard. Weekends are hectic as well as being invited over to someones house for dinner. We don't want to hurt anyones feelings by telling them we can't eat what they have prepared. So my ratio is usually 80/20. Try and be good 80% of the time so that leave 20% for being bad. The higher you can make the ratio, the better; 85/15 - 90/10 - 95/5.

Now before beginning any health regimen, we must first determine our digestion/elimination time. For this we use something called "Transit Time". Transit time is measured from the time the food enters the stomach until you see it again. So to start this eat something like corn. Write down the time you eat the corn, then write down the time you pass the corn. The number will be in hours and that is your transit time. Times should be between 8 to 12 hours.

Transit times on the lower end 7,8 and 9 hours are not bad. Transit times beyond 9 hours, in my opinion, are spelling trouble. I know you have always heard that death begins in the colon, well I think that is what happens when waste by products stay in the colon and fermentation (rotting) begins.

If transit times are too slow, you must Clean the colon out. Then start adding fiber (and water) into the diet. Once this channel has been open a protocol can begin.

DO NOT start a protocol when constipation is a factor!

ACID REFLUX

I persoanlly think this is the biggest CROCK to come down the Dis-informaiton Medical Highway! Heartburn, Acid-Reflux or GERD (whichever tag you are labeled with) usually comes from the stomach not producing enough acid to digest food. This only seems to happen as we age, becasue as we get older our body makes less acid. Ever seen a 5 year old packing Tums? Now ask yourself, IF the stomach is already having a hard time producing acid, does it make sense to take an Acid-blocker that cuts off the stomach pump that produces this acid? Try this test:
